Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My wife and I are separating. We have 2 cars but I lost my license a few yrs back. Since I wouldn't be driving we took my name off of the one we had because insurance was going to skyrocket. About 6 mos ago her mom bought a used car for us as a 2nd car because I was close to getting my license back. Both cars are in my wife's name and she's saying she's going to keep both. Given that they both were acquired while we were together do I have any legal rights to one of them? I've had my license back and driving one for several months now.

It seems as if you gave up your right and title to the car in question. It's going to be pretty difficult to call that back. Let's hope you're not doing a do it yourself divorce here.
