Wife's legal rights prior to divorce filing

I recently had a no contact order issued and husband charged with domestic abuse. 10 yr old son @ home. husband removed from home, but we run dairy operation so he's allowed back to handle operation. i do not work. what are my rights today regarding funds in bank account and monthly milk income. currently all $ go to bank acct that he removed my name from. how do i proceed with no income?

Until you actually get something on file you don't have any effective control over finances or assets. I suggest you contact an attorney without delay.
