Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

his wife's rights

my daughters father is married and his wife insists on handling all of the visitation matters and refuses to allow him to handle any matters that involve talking with me. I have asked his lawyer to make it clear that I will only deal with him( the father) on any situation with my daughter. She verbally attacked me in front of my daughter at pick up point and stated'' I am his wife and have all legal rights to say and do whatever to you when it concerns your daughter. and I work for the lawyer that sends you all those letters. so I know what rights I have.''

My question is '' Does she have any rights where my daughter is concerned? Can she file against me by signing his name?''

Re: his wife's rights

The answers to your questions are No and No, because she has no standing. However if the father insists on not dealing with you, then you have to deal with someone.
