Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My xboyfriend and I have a baby together she is 14months old and we just got the results back from the DNA test.He is 99.9% her father. We live in Iowa and I found out after I was three months pregnant that he was married. The way I understand it from the papers I got from Child Support is he pays her $515 per month for three children and my daughter only gets $40 How is that possible? I found out that they are still living together but they are not wanting my daughter to get all of his money. What can I do? He is using his mom's address and living with his wife. I even looked on the Iowa court website and it shows nothing about a divorce. What can I do?

How is it possible? That's the minimum base amount that is levied if a person is ordered to pay child support.

If you wish to increase it because you think he has the money and is holding out on you, get an attorney and go to court to increase the support money.
