Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

x-husband custody

My x husband got full custody of my son...

but that was over a year ago...

He never came to get him...

Now that he is getting SSI....+ benefits for

my son....he is sueing me....and I told him that

for my protection....I need some paper work

while my son is waiting for his father to pick

him up to take him to Iowa......He said ok

and never completed...He never paid any child support

ever..now my son is 14 and only wanted for what his father can get in money from the state....any comments, suggestions,Help!!!!!!!!!

I'm not sure what your legal question is. Did you ever go to court to enforce your child support order? What is his basis for suing you? What paper work is it that you need?

If he got custody your remedy is to contest it, and for this you need a family law lawyer in whatever state has jurisdiction.
