Legal Question in Medical Leave in Iowa

Are company at one time left us 1 week of vacation when having to use fmla. Now the company has started to take all of are vacation time to make up for the days covered for the fmla. I was told by iowa law they have to leave you 1 week. Is this correct?

I am not well versed in FMLA. I suggest you contact a specialist in the field but know that Iowa is a right to work state. That means that unless you have a contract of employment you can be fired for any reason, good reason, or no reason at all. The implications should be obvious.
