Legal Question in Medical Leave in Iowa
how many hours a day are they able to take out for FMLA time? If the job they were on are now working 10 hours, can they take 10 hours of FMLA time away from them?

I am not aware of any FMLA "time clock" other than to qualify for eligibility. If the employer and the absence is covered, the employee can be absent for up to twelve weeks in any twelve month period.
