Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Iowa
I got in a car accident and my insurance was sent to old address and had lapsed. I talked guy into not calling police that I had insurance. It has been about a month and guy wants me to pay him $3500 out of my pocket. If I refuse what will happen? There is no proof of falt.
