what to do
I have a court order saying my ex is to pay me 300.00 a month he says he wont pay. I am unemployed and have little money what do I do. He says he will try to get full custody of our child if I go through with this

Your choices are simple. 1.) Hire a lawyer to have him held in contempt for failing to pay. A lawyer may be willing to take the case knowing the judge will more than likely rule your ex must pay your attorney fees. 2.) Evaluate whether you have done some things that were not in the child's best interest and whether his threat is real or just bluffing.
