Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Iowa
I filed for a motion to change venue in small claims and the motion was granted. The plaintiff must pay the transfer fees in order for it to be transfered. The plaintiff has not payed them and it has been several weeks. What can I do next? Can I filed for a dismissal or do I have to just wait? I live in iowa and I am the defendant.

You can file for a dismissal. I'd probably do that after 20 days has elapsed from the time the court order was served on the plaintiff.
