medical billing

My dentist just billed me for my portion (after insurance) for work as far back as 5 years ago. Do I have to pay?

Medical service providers, like your dentist, are required to bill you within a reasonable time after the services are performed; if they fail to do so the Courts are reluctant to enforce the bill.
