Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Iowa

We have renter in our neighbor hood that driving the rest of us nuts, she yells at her son all times day or night, never make him mind. Walks into our houses with on knocking or being invited, spreads rumors and just plain nosey. She calls the cops over stupid things like her son won't listen to her. 3 of us have spoken to her landlord and he won't do anything. iS there anything we can do

You can call the police and file a complaint for trespassing and breaking and entering if she enters your home. You can call the city of town officials to ask if the rental housing inspector can do anything, assuming the other landlord is violating any ordinances. Beyond that you can keep your doors and windows closed and locked.
