Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Iowa

I was served on the 10th of April and was named along with my employer seeking medical and suport compensation. I was involved in an acident and the insurance company for the company has taken care of the problem for the last 2 years.I need to know what I need to do.

You need to immediately contact the attorney that represents the attorney who has been hired by your employer's insurance company. If you don't know who that lawyer is, call your boss and ask. Good luck.
