Legal Question in Health Care Law in Iowa
I am 20 yrs old and in college. I am under my parents health insurance and have some medical bills. Theygot upset woth me and are forcing me to pay the bills they got. Do I legally have to pay them or do they?

As I understand it they are not required to keep you insured under the AHCA but they can until you are 26. However if you are covered under their health insurance at present they don't get to decide what is and is not covered. I wouldn't pay. The problem is between them and their insurance carrier.
