Legal Question in Health Care Law in Iowa

I live in Iowa my son lives in NE. He is 24. under the new Iowa law can he still be covered under my health ins? Do I have to add him as a Cobra?

I'm not sure what law you're talking about. You should be talking to your company benefits officer for the terms and conditions of your health insurance. Is your son a dependent?
