Legal Question in Health Care Law in Iowa
My mom has sign a Declaration realting to life-sustainng procedures. And than she tells the doctor or nurse do what ever you need to do to keep me alive. What good is the Declaration? And if she becomes unconsious what is the person that has power of attorney to do?
