Legal Question in Health Care Law in Iowa
Hello, I am a pre-med student in college. My school is stating a policy that not to take pictures of cadaver. By taking picture is a great way of learning anatomy for me, this policy is going to greatly affect the effectiveness of study. I am just wondering if its legal or not to take pictures of cadaver without sharing with other people or updating it online. Thanks

The school is protecting themselves against lawsuits from the families of people who've donated their bodies to science. You violating that rule exposes them to significant lawsuit risk for reasons that should be obvious, not the least of which is that it is markedly insensitive.
