Legal Question in Health Care Law in Iowa
I am a RN working for a home health agency. Recently we were told "The board" or "The committee" announced that it was mandatory for all employees to recieve a flu shot this year. Is it legal for them to do this? If I say no, and they threaten me with termination, is that legal?
No one seems to know the truth, please help!!

Unless you have a contract of employment that spells out your rights and responsibilities your employer is entitled to set any conditions to employment they care to. And if you object, they can and may terminate you for any reason, good reason or no reason at all, because Iowa is a right to work state.
