Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa

need an attorney to file h1 transfer..

hi

am currently on h1....and was given a notice that next week will be my last week with my current employer...

i have another part time offer with another employer...

if i want to transfer my h1, is the process of transfer same as the one transferring to a full time offer..

so, does the fees, process, time, attorney fees are all the same for filing a part time h1 as the one for full time h1...

please clarify, what is the actual difference between filing a h1 with fulltime and partime offer...

There is no difference in ins fees or attorney's fees. I can do your H1b transfer.

Re: need an attorney to file h1 transfer..

The fees associated with filing an H-1b for a part-time offer are the same as those with a full time offer. The only difference is the hours the employer declares they will be responsible for paying you, and some minor differences in showing job responsiblities and position descriptions related to the part time nature of the work. It's the same process. The only difference are the hours and possibly the calculation of prevailing wage (hourly versus annually).
