Want to marry Mexican boyfriend!!

My Mexican boyfriend is here in the US on a B1/B2 visa which expires in 2014. We are considering marriage and want to know the best route to take.

Depending on how long your boyfriend has been in the US on this stay, you may consider marrying and filing for adjustment of status, or seeking a K-3 visa from outside the US if he needs to travel soon. There are pros and cons to each procedure.
