Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa
Im not really sure if this is the place to ask the question, but if a parent is deported to Mexico but has 3 children that were all born in the United States, what are the options for gaurdianship of the children? How does the mother go about giving gaurdianship to a friend?

Guardianships are normally handled through local family courts in the jurisdiction where the children currently reside.
