Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa

I received a letter of intent to deny. I've provided them with all the bills in both me and my husbands name. Our joint bank accounts and letters of recommendations. They want more evidence because the original bills were only in my name and looked as if I changed it just for them. Can I write a letter myself explaining why the bills were in my name only?

You should submit evidence to prove the marriage is bona fide. The evidence is not limited to bank statements. We suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney.
