Legal Question in Immigration Law in Iowa

Requirements for citizenship in the UK
I need to know the different citizenship requirements to immigrate from the US to England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland/Northern Ireland. Have contacted two attorneys with no luck so far. For instance; would a g-g-grandchild of an Irish-born citizen be eligible? Thanks.

I would contact the American Immigration Lawyers Association in Washington D.C. and ask them to recommend a member currently practicing in England.
