Legal Question in Insurance Law in Iowa
My daugher was at her uncles playing when her cousn fell on her arm breaking it. Our health insurance paid for everything but the noncovered and copays. Should of this not went through the homeowners insurance and not our health insurance?

Send the bills into the homeowners carrier and pay the copay and deductible amounts.
