Legal Question in Insurance Law in Iowa
I recently had my vehicle hit while parked. Before the accident, trade-in value was $9000. Now all anyone will give me for it is $7000. Am I entitled to the $2000 for the difference. Farm Bureau insurance won't pay the difference.
