Legal Question in Insurance Law in Iowa
Besides being unethical, what, if any, laws are broken when buying motor vehicle insurance claiming residency in the small town where one grew up, while actually having established permanent residency in another city, population over 200,000? It's likely that the insurance company is headquartered in a different state.

Hmmm...lying on an application for an insurance policy, probably no big deal because it's not under oath.
