Legal Question in International Law in Iowa
I own a Script/Software someone wants to buy it, They gave me options for a buyout, or for a Monthly percentage cut + some money with it. I am under 18, they are from Europe. Is it taxable to do this? Can I enter into a contract without parent consent?
Do I need to have this work copyrighted?

I don't even know what the product is that you're talking about. Being under 18 you are not legally capable of contracting except for necessities. If it's income it's taxable.
