Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Iowa

How to leave your legal parents house when they kick you out.

My son's girlfriend is pregant and her mom kicked her out and she would like to come and stay with us with out any problems from her mom her mom is always kicking her out. She is 16 years of age and about 3 months pregant she has a job and attends school she wants to transfer here to this school but she wants no problems from her mom. She also wants to attend a doctor here.

Not entirely sure what your legal question is, but if you are asking whether ytou should move her in with you here's what I think. You would be opening yourself up to a world of trouble if you let this child move into your house. She's subject to her parent's control and is a minor.
