Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Iowa
Minor in possesion
What are the condtions to the Iowa minor in possession law (alcohol). How does it work? Can some just turn you in the next day? Do the police need immidiate proof of minors drinking or can a witness do?

This is not a question about juvenile law or dependency, it is about liability for a criminal offense, albeit a minor one. I believe I've answered this post or one that is quite similar.
