Sentencing for Juvenile Convicted of Felony
If a 16 year old is convicted of stealing $5000 worth of coins from a friend's parents, what would be the range of his sentence? This would be a first offense, but he shows no remorse.

It depends on whether he was tried as a juvenile or an adult and I do not have that information in front of me.
