Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

If I got a arrested for a simple misdemeanor (interference )and pleaded guilty? Do I have to put that on a job application? I am wondering if the job application says have your ever committed a crime, do I have to list this? It's not a felony, but I am still interested in knowing if I have to list a simple misdemeanor?
