how do I collect unpaid commission
My employer has filed Chapter 11 on his business and also personal bankruptcy. I'm owed a full year of commission which I have not pressed him on, but now I'm being jerked around with late paychecks and when I ask for them I'm told stupid things like ''no more favors.'' I am not listed in his filing, how do I collect what is owed me?
