Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

My company did a 360 review on me in my position. They wanted to use this information to help the people at where I work. I am in a supervisory position and they were trying to make me take a position I didnt want to do. They collected the data and sent it to me through email. The review was annomynis and the people involved gave back very bad feedback. All of it is untrue and there are no facts that back it up. They used a homemade form for this review and I didn't see anything in my company handbook about this being ok to do. They said it will not be in my record at all, but I feel that this review ruined my reputation at this company. I have a copy of the review I can send if you need to look at it. I spoke with some professional people and they told me that this has grievance written all over it. I just want to know what the best thing for me to do now is. I feel they created this form to force me out of my current position to make room for a another co-worker who is more favored.

Are you covered by a contract of employment? Because Iowa is a right to work state you can be terminated for any reason, good reason or no reason at all. All of what you say may be true but it is awfully hard to prove wrongful termination in advance of termination.
