Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
If a contract states that an employer shall not, at anytime during the term of the contract reduce the salary or other benefits of an employee except to th edegree of such reduction across the board for all employee. If one employee did not get a raise and all other employees did, and no performace review was done. Would the not getting th eraise be the same as reducing the salary or benefit?
