Employee Termination
I have an employee that has been written up 2 times and 3 is reason for term. She is not doing her job correctly and has been warned. The problem is she is pregnant and lawsuit happy. I have documentation of the 2 prev write ups. How should I go about this?

Offer severance package ( with concommittant waiver of claims). It should be reasonable
( month pay per year worked is a benchmark.}
Otherwise you will probably buy a lawsuit if you terminate, especially at this point in time.
