Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
My employer took 250 out of my last check to pay for a CDL class I took 18 months ago. I did have to sign a paper 18 months ago stating I would repay the 250 when I was no longer employeed. The other employee that took the CDL course with me quit shortly after completeting the course and they did not take the 250 out of his last paycheck.
