Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
My employer is trying to make me go to manditory sales meeting,he's not going to pay anyone of us for our time.We are all commission sales people in IA.Can they do this legally?

Iowa is a right to work state. Absent a contract of employment, you can be terminated for any reason, good reason or no reason at all. If you don't like the terms and conditions of your employment you really have only one option.
