Employer overpaid wages
My employer told me that he over paid my
last years wages by approximately $4,000.
Can they require me to repay this money? I
am a teacher and signed a new contract in
August. The book keeper only gave me
two pay stubs the entire year.

Was your contract clear re: lesser pay amount?
Did you notify them of error?
If you were paid in error, then you must disgorge the $$.
