can my emplpyer change my hourly wage if they change my job

Iowa is a right to work state which means that you can be fired for good reason, any reason or no reason at all. Unless you have a contract of employment you have no rights an employer is bound to respect beyond paying minimum wage and complying with OSHA regs.
