Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
Last Friday I went through the FMLA paper work with an employee that was scheduled for surgery on Monday. When Monday came the doctor found out she had another medical condition and, thus, did not proceed with the procedure. So she rescheduled the surgery and was back to work that afternnoon. My question is.... Does that Monday morning still count as FMLA time off.
