Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I am in Iowa. I work 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. I currently get a half hour unpaid lunch and 2 ten minute paid breaks. My employer informed me that this will change to just a 40 minute paid lunch and no other breaks during the 8 hour day. Is this a legal amount of break?

Iowa is a right to work state. That means you can be fired for any reason, good reason, or no reason at all. Bearing that in mind the correct place to direct your inquiry is to the office of the labor commissioner.
