Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
Have job that requires different commutes throughout the state. Anywhere from 10 minutes to three hours and 5 miles to 200 miles, depending on which clients need assistance on a given day. What commute time and mileage should be paid or not paid by the company?
They say no pay for commute time at all, and only pay for trip to the account miles.
Any thoughts?

Iowa is a right to work state and that means that the employer sets the terms and conditions of employment unless you have a contract of employment or a collective bargaining agreement. Your remedy under those conditions is to quit. Aren't right to work laws wonderful?
