Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

Is it legal for a trucking company to ask you to sign a company created agreement to deduct a company created fine from your wages if the employee incurs a Dept. of Transportation violation or warning? The employee was told that he would be fired if he did not sign.

Iowa's a right to work state which means that unless you have a contract of employment, you can be terminated for any reason, good reason or no reason at all. Make up your won mind about this but if there's no contract of employment they can do whatever they want.
