Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
I made a complaint at work about someone calling me a n word and him having anti gay notes up and also hr showing someone else my personal buisness at work that did not need to be in it. after i made the complaint the guy guy who has the anti gay note up still has it up and am now getting warned on me being a minute late lately while another guy has missed around 3 months so far this year
