Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I was perm. laid off my job of 8 yrs. 1 month, 2yrs 1 month ago due to down sz. The ELECTROLUX PLANT in IOWA is moving to Mexico. COMPASS GROUP USA did not pay me for my 9 days (72) hrs. vac. pay due me from 2yrs. 1 month ago on my last pay chek. Can I still get my vac. pay after all this time?

If they owe you, they should pay you. Having said that, you probably should contact the office of the Labor Commissioner-that's their job.
