Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

Receiving Payments On Behalf Of Another Company?

Hello, I was just contacted by a company outside of the U.S. who wants me to work from home receiving payments on their behalf and then cashing the payment at the bank and deducting 10% for myself while sending the other 90% to offices that they tell me to. Is this legal??? I don't want to get into something if it is illegal or that I am going to get in trouble for doing. Please Help!

It is a SCAM. The checks are bogus but you won't find that out until your acct is emptied and then YOUR bank will come after you when THEIR check bounces.
