Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
I have been receiving unemployment through the state of Iowa. If I move out of state to Indiana and give them my new address, will I still be eligible to receive benefits?

Yes, but you will not get Indiana scale benefits assuming that they are higher. You will get Iowa money. It's an interstate claim and people do it all the time-fact is, I did that once myself.
