Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa
I recently went back to college and took 2 classes. My employer was suppose to pay for these classes, I signed documentation that they were paying for them and have emails stating they were paid for, however they were never paid. The college has now put a hold on my account and I am unable to recieve any of my records from the school now, regardless of classes previously taken and paid for. What can i do now?? They've sent me to collections.

What does your employer say about why they haven't paid? If you don't want your credit rating ruined you had best figure this out or alternatively pay your tuition and take it up with your employer later.
