Reinstatement laws

When you are terminated from a position and it is decided by the courts regarding unemployment that it was wrongfull termination what are the policies for reinstatement of your position?

There is no general "policy" - each case is individual. I do not know a court that would force reinforcement. Money damages would be sufficient.
