Legal Question in Employment Law in Iowa

I was required to work and never got paid for the work I did. I also was required to work for 7 hours by myself and could not take a break. What can I do?

You have the right to sue your employer, but as this is a right to work state, the employer has the right to terminate you for any cause, good cause or no cause at all. So you've got to choose your remedy and understand the risks involved.
